Brief Physical Description: Kins is about average height for a woman, nothing that would stick out as too tall or too short. Her hair is black in color with hazel eyes. She has tattoos that adorn her skin and several scattered freckles across her face. Her style when it comes to clothing is typically very simple; jeans, solid tank/tshirt, jacket if the weather would call for one. She does have a set of overalls that are splattered in paint from when she gets deep into her art work.

Brief Personality Description: Kinsey has a pretty relaxed personality for the most part. She is approachable and easy to talk to, though with new people she tends to listen more than talk. Even with the clients in her chair, she typically asks questions that make them talk for longer periods of time so the time passes quickly for them. She likes learning, and teaching what she has learned. She loves being around children, their creativity inspires her to be a better artist.
Years in Silverdale: 5 years
Family: Rosetta Sinclair - Vampire who turned her.
History:Born Kinlsey Ava Mason, but she will introduce herself normally as Kins. She grew up within a single-parent household with her mother. Her father, she never got a solid answer on the man. She was told different stories, everything from he left before her mother had her to he had passed away. Eventually, she stopped asking questions when she knew all she was getting the runaround.
What Kins really fell into was a love for art. At first, it was just a bunch of gibberish that was on paper, but she loved the feel of the paint under her nails as she worked on canvas. The charcoal that would stain her fingers, the spray of paint when it came out of the can. She focused on her painting as she grew up and eventually started picking up on graphics design and using technology for some of her work. She eventually got wrapped up into the world of tattooing when a friend of hers asked her to do a poke and stick. She was intrigued and gave it a shot. And from there she went to apprentice at a shop when she was eighteen. A few years later, she started getting really sick. Constantly getting lightheaded, bloody noses, fatigue that never quite went away no matter how long she slept.
Her mother eventually convinced her to go in and was diagnosed with cancer. And it was past the stage of being able to do much else except ease her pain. When she knew her final days were coming, Kins removed herself from care and went for a long walk. If she was going to die, she was going to spend her last days outside. Not stuck in a hospital room, with sad eyes greeting her every time the door opened. While out, she came across Rosetta, who spent several days with her before offering her something that she couldn't pass up. A chance at a second life.
Ever since then, Kinsley moved around a bit, always coming back to see Rose when she could. Never being too far of a drive away. But about five years ago, she decided to move into an apartment that Rose owned and started working at the local tattoo shop that was in town. She helped out at a few college rallies and events with artwork and helping the art majors with their concepts, which is where she ran into her new summer time employer, Grey Lawe. This will be her second year with the Lawe family and she looks forward to seeing how much he kids have grown since last year.
